Cafe-bar Operator - Seeking Expressions of Interest

Chroma seeks an independent, queer-owned hospitality operator with a proven track record to run the cafe-bar.

Offer:

• 1,500 square foot cafe-bar, including mezzanine seating area

• Fully fitted out including small prep kitchen

• Outside seating on the Low Line

• Double height space under railway viaduct

• Fully-glazed opening to arch provides ample natural light

• Licence to 11pm, actively exploring options to secure later licence

Basis of Operator role:

• 5 year lease with option to extend

• Applications invited from

• Queer-owned hospitality operator

• Minimum 3 years track record

• Independent operator with no more than 6 outlets
