Theatre Residency - Seeking Expressions of Interest

Chroma is looking for a queer performance collective with an established audience to join the project as Venue Partner. The partner will have exclusive use of the Theatre for 156 evenings a year.

Offer:

• 140-seat studio theatre

• Double height space under railway viaduct

• 400 square foot dressing room including toilet and washbasin

• Fully fitted out and equipped, including basic lighting and sound equipment

• Dedicated accessway from Southwark Street for deliveries and collections

• Licence to 11pm, actively exploring options to secure later licence

Basis of Residency:

• 3 year period with option to extend

• Exclusive use of the theatre 3 nights per week, 52 weeks per year (156 nights per year)

• Share of box office with guaranteed minimum
